Interview
My recruiter was nice throughout the whole process, but unfortunately not much else stood out to me. They brought me for an on-site, and didn’t even show me the office...we just beelined it directly to the meeting room. What’s the point of me even coming to the office?
The rest of the interview was incredibly sterile, and never once did they try to get to know me as a person outside of my “sales process.” Understand that’s the job, but this was odd.
At the end, seems like a decent place to work if you’re a better fit for what they are trying to accomplish. I left knowing this was not a match.
