Applied for the job and got a call 3 weeks later, an interview was set up a week later.
I prepared a huge amount for the interview, but was only asked very basic questions by the manager. He didn't seem in a great mood before the interview even started which wasnt a great sign.
The interview was with the current visual merchandiser and the shop manager, lasted 10 minutes.
Had a great vibe with the other person, but manager only asked a few questions that was on his sheet.
Was rang up a week later telling me I hadnt gone through to the next stage because of "my nerves" (isn't a fair assumption considering I wasn't that nervous and didnt stutter at all) and i apparently hadnt said what i could offer urban outfitters as an employee.. (Which I did massively)
Seemed like the manager wasnt interested from the get go.

It took two weeks for them to get back to me. Then I received an email to come in for the interview. The sales associate I approached to say I had arrived for the interview had no idea what I was talking about. When that was finally sorted the district merchandising manager, store merchandising manager, and store display artist interviewed me. I came in for a second interview the following week with a different store merchandiser.
