Applied for the job and got a call 3 weeks later, an interview was set up a week later. I prepared a huge amount for the interview, but was only asked very basic questions by the manager. He didn't seem in a great mood before the interview even started which wasnt a great sign. The interview was with the current visual merchandiser and the shop manager, lasted 10 minutes. Had a great vibe with the other person, but manager only asked a few questions that was on his sheet. Was rang up a week later telling me I hadnt gone through to the next stage because of "my nerves" (isn't a fair assumption considering I wasn't that nervous and didnt stutter at all) and i apparently hadnt said what i could offer urban outfitters as an employee.. (Which I did massively) Seemed like the manager wasnt interested from the get go.

It started with an online questionnaire and a recorded video interview. The next step was an in-store interview with the merchandiser. Then a final interview with the District Merchandising Manager
