Interview
Very easy! Enjoyed the streamlined approach and friendly compassionate staff I encountered during the process. The communication was great by the nurse manager and felt the cohesive feeling of the unit during the interview process.

Very difficult. Just hammered about 10 interview questions back to back to back. This is my second interview with VCU and I felt very uneasy/nervous both times. I feel like it's more about how you answer questions vs experience and getting to know you.

Asked a few questions and was able to shadow the unit afterwards. She used my resume to guide the questions. The nurse managers interviewed me and she was relatively on time for the interview
