The interview process consisted of 4 rounds - 1 with the hiring PM, 1 with HR, 1 with Software Developer, and the last round with CTO. After all the interviews, they offered me the role and asked me to send 2 references which I did I'm not sure what happened at the last minute but they called me and said something changed and we won't be able to offer you the position. Like seriously?????
