Highly unprofessional recruiting process in the US. After going through a detailed application process with numerous tests, the recruiter reached out to schedule an interview. The recruiter canceled first interview on the morning of and I had to reach back out to ask to reschedule. The interview was a video interview from the recruiter's house. The recruiter shared with me that they are having a hard time getting good talent here in their US expansion. After giving me positive feedback throughout the interview, I never heard back from her despite following up very professionally three times. Finally, nearly a month after the online interview, I received a notification from the online job board that my application was not selected. If the company wishes to succeed and recruit good talent, they need to polish up their recruiting process and make it more professional.
