Lots of steps but in my opinion is a good thing. Got invited to their office in midtown manhattan and loved the layout and hospitality upon arrival. I believe VTS would be a great place to work and grow. I talked to some wonderful people there.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at VTS (New York, NY)

Was almost 2 month interview process, had to email multiple times to get responses between interviews. Not efficient in scheduling and keeping you updated on when the next will be, or if they are still interested.
Very friendly interviewer. Spoke to HR only as they were already far along in the process with other candidates. Wish that I had known this prior to interviewing as it was a bit of a waste of time.
