Interview
I submitted my resume to the recruitment team and I waited for my name to be called up. For the initial interview, we were in a group of 10 in the room plus the interviewer. The question was the usual 'Tell me something about yourself'. Then I passed the initial interview and they asked me to stay for a computer exam. It is more of a grammar and language assessment, listening skills then a phone interview. Once passed, I was again asked to stay for a final interview. On the final interview, it is more of a situational experience and out-of-this-world questions. To really test how you and express yourself using a foreign language, I suppose.

They invite you to interview but it is a group setting. It is via zoom and the whole process takes 3-4 HOURS. You sit in a waiting room with 75 other people and wait for them to verify your Internet speed and that you’ve taken the typing test. Then you wait again to be interviewed. It is soooo much waiting around and you have to be on camera. It’s awful for $12 an hour

Interview
I applied online for the Atlanta Ga location then got a call the next day and did a phone interview. I was then asked to come in for a face to face interview. I went in nervous as ever but after walking into the interviewers office I felt more relaxed and was not nervous anymore at all. I have to say that was the best interview experience ever. After that I was taken to an office where I was made an offer of employment and completed the necessary paperwork, did drug test on the spot, and background check will come back in 2 weeks. Training class starts May 2.
