I spoke with the hiring manager as the intro call. Usually you would have to speak with the recruiter but my resume qualified to move forward to the second round. Second round you speak to 3 different people In the company. The Sales VP, CFO, and a senior SDR. I spoke in detail why I wanted to be in sales and my past experiences which gave me a upper hand securing the job. After that the SDR hiring manager gave me a call a week after and asked for letter recommendations then you give 3.
