Two managers talking initially about the heat here in Arizona, general ice breaking conversation. They then described the interview process and explain they would be, i.e. STAR type questions. They also allowed time for questions at the end.

In-person interview had multiple rounds; group presentation to show what Vanguard has to offer, 1-on-1 and panel style interview, group tour of the campus. STAR format interview with basic questions. Performed a case study to determine how one would handle a problem situation/client. Fancy titles aside, this is a call center job through and through.
