The first interview was in hirevue and they ask you some scenario questions, and then they call you in for a group interview, I have yet to do the group interview, but they ended up calling me back about 3 weeks later and offered me the interview.

Tell me a time where you needed help from someone?
First you do an online pre-interview where you can practice questions. You then record/submit a video of yourself answering questions so they can look into your personality, then received a follow up call from vans. Fairly easy, great experience

pretty straight forward, the whole process is online and you record your responses for someone else to review later. They give you time to "practice" and your responses are timed, so keep an eye on the clock.
