Interview process was pretty standard. What are your strengths & weaknesses, time you had conflict with a coworker, What would you do in your down time, etc. It was a structured interview but I felt it was very conversational after the first few questions.

Calm, down to earth with minimal ‘professional distance’ or acting. I was asked only reasonable simple questions that were kind of meant to show how my personality and how I communicate.
