Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision what did you do and what was the outcome.
Only have an interview multiple times with the same person. Seems to be a little tedious as you don’t really get to show off your full skill set as most of the answers are recorded and then reviewed by interviewee and they ask the same questions.
