Super laid back, of course, just like the company’s philosophy. Met the hiring manager which arrived late and we just had a basic chat over the job duties. Show portfolio and basic design tech questions. Walk around office and see work culture

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vans (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Mar 2025
Interview
