First you have a phone interview. They ask you basic questions in the areas that you said you could tutor. If you pass the phone interview, then you move on to an online interview in which you mock tutor the interviewer. Easy process that is scheduled quickly. You also have assessments to take in the areas you said that you could tutor.

I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
