I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Varsity Tutors (Fayetteville, NC) in Jan 2015
Interview
Multiple step interview; too many phone interviews to get to Skype interview. Could definitely wrap up the interview in less than 4 phone calls. The first two interviews were a little different, but, the last 2 asked the same questions by 2 different people.
pre-recorded questions were asked via video. I had a couple minutes to prepare and then record myself answering. To be honest it was a little intimidating because if I messed up my wording I couldn't "talk" my way through it. I honestly felt stupid doing the interview and wish it could have been live.
