Interview
At first, there was a phone interview. That was relatively easy, as they just wanted to see if you actually knew your material. Then there was the Skype interview with a regional director where I planned a lesson and fielded multiple questions that they asked. Afterwards, they sent me the relevant documents and background check.

Nothing really, tell me about yourself and what's the most difficult situation you ever dealt with.
I was reached out to via email to set up next steps and schedule the video interview. I had to schedule an online teaching video and do a mock tutoring session type thing.
There was not one only exams that had to be passed to teach certain subjects. It is an AI test so it is set up like an interview. I really liked this process.

You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.
