I applied online through the website. I was contact to set up an initial phone interview, which I scheduled for the following day. This interview was more of a formality, they asked my preferences, hours, and expectations in terms of a salary and quoted me what they could offer. She asked me to schedule the next interview which was done through video conference similar to skype. Received an email about 4-5 days later saying my services are not required at this time.

Questions were specific to the areas you want to tutor in. Most questions were appropriate, some easy and some hard. A few however were very specific questions that were not conceptual at all.
I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.
