I applied online on a Tuesday night and by the time I woke up the next morning I had received a request for a phone interview. It was scheduled for Thursday afternoon, and the interviewer called right on time. She was very friendly and all of the questions were expected: Where did you hear about us? Do you have reliable transportation? What is your availability? etc.
I was reached out to via email to set up next steps and schedule the video interview. I had to schedule an online teaching video and do a mock tutoring session type thing.
There was not one only exams that had to be passed to teach certain subjects. It is an AI test so it is set up like an interview. I really liked this process.

You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.
