Interview
I had an initial interview where the lady asked me about myself. She wanted to know what I had studied, what kind of jobs I had done and if I had any tutoring experience. Once I was done with that interview she scheduled me for another Skype like interview with this other lady who then asked me very technical questions. Those questions mostly pertained to differential equations (math), biology, biochemistry, physiology, and physics. She asked me about where my experience and how I would tutor students in different circumstances.

There were many difficult questions. Make sure you study for the subjects you have listed.
I was reached out to via email to set up next steps and schedule the video interview. I had to schedule an online teaching video and do a mock tutoring session type thing.
There was not one only exams that had to be passed to teach certain subjects. It is an AI test so it is set up like an interview. I really liked this process.

You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.
