Bait and switch. You apply for one role and get a call for an interview. They tell you the role you were pursuing was filled but they highly recommend that you apply for a sales role. If I wanted a sales job, that's what I would have applied for. Through some online research, it appears that they do this often.
Virtual call with basic interview questions! Personable, interested in what I had to say. The interview was through google meets, and quite easy to set up/maneuver. The response time was quick as well
Online screening was the first step, zoom follow up for about 15 minutes was the second and then I was offered the job at the end of the interview. Told me the next steps and then I received my equipment.
