After submitting a resume and cover letter,I was contacted via email and informed that my skills and background were not a match and that I would not be considered for a position, I then decide to do some research I and found that my credentials specifically match many of the employees working for the company I therefore reapplied and indicated my research findings of current employees. I then received direct email with an invite for an interview.
