The interview process consisted of two interview. The first was a phone interview where they asked my tutoring experience and preferences (online tutoring vs in person, pay rate, age group). The second interview was conducted online using a video chat app called zoom. The interviewer asked me questions abt my tutoring experience (age group, subjects etc). Before the interview, they sent me a link to select the subjects I was interested in tutoring. For some of them I was required to take a test to confirm I knew the subject matter (algebra, geometry, sat math). For others the interviewer asked me questions (Spanish, statistics). The interviewer asked me to explain a few questions to her as if she were a student. She chose a question from most of the subjects i wanted to tutor. At the end of the interview process I was offered a position.
