I submitted an application online, then quickly received an email asking me to schedule a phone interview. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. The interviewer seemed rather bored and not very interested in answering any questions I might have. She asked some content questions based on subject areas I had indicated interest in tutoring, and wanted to know how far I would drive and what hourly rate I was looking for. She agreed to match the rate I had been offered by another company. At the end of the interview she said they would like to move me to the next step, which is a video interview.

There was not one only exams that had to be passed to teach certain subjects. It is an AI test so it is set up like an interview. I really liked this process.
