They offer pre-recorded video, and the interviewee has a set amount of time to respond. For the second portion, the interviewee has ten minutes to write a ten minute lesson.

Q: What experience do you have that qualifies you for this tutoring position?
I was reached out to via email to set up next steps and schedule the video interview. I had to schedule an online teaching video and do a mock tutoring session type thing.
There was not one only exams that had to be passed to teach certain subjects. It is an AI test so it is set up like an interview. I really liked this process.

You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.
