Questions are posed in video format, you have a couple of minutes to think of the response and then you record your video response. There were 3 or 4 short form questions and then one long form one where the response was 10 minutes long! Pretend you're talking to someone on the other side of the camera and look right into the lens. I got a call two days later to say I passed the interview process and a contract will be sent soon.

I was reached out to via email to set up next steps and schedule the video interview. I had to schedule an online teaching video and do a mock tutoring session type thing.
There was not one only exams that had to be passed to teach certain subjects. It is an AI test so it is set up like an interview. I really liked this process.

You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.
