Interview
Interviewee is given three prompt questions virtually, which they then answer via a video recording submitted to the interview website. Interviewees are able to answer practice questions beforehand. The recorded answers are timed, but interviewees are able to redo them once before submitting.

Asked to create a 10 minute mini-lesson on any subject of my choosing.
I answered questions about how I would respond to various teaching scenarios in real time. The interviewer was a Bot, which surprised me. The Bot gave validating feedback throughout the interview. I wasn't sure if that was a good sign or not, thinking the platform might do that in any case. But I got hired.

Interview
Didn't even complete the interview. I expected it to be a normal one-way interview, but it was a conversation with a talking AI bot. I closed out of it immediately.
Makes me wonder what else they are using AI for in replace of actual employees.
