Interview
1. Phone interview. Asked about availability, experience, salary expectations, and a quick description of how I would teach subjects.
2. Some online quizzes to test subject knowledge. I believe these were optional.
3. Video interview. Some questions were repeated from the phone interview. I was presented with a very simple question (I assume there would have been more in depth questions had I not taken the online quizzes) and asked to explain it to the interviewer as if she were a student.

What is the final price of an item after a percentage discount? (and explain it to the interviewer pretending to not understand it)
I was reached out to via email to set up next steps and schedule the video interview. I had to schedule an online teaching video and do a mock tutoring session type thing.
There was not one only exams that had to be passed to teach certain subjects. It is an AI test so it is set up like an interview. I really liked this process.

You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.
