The first step is a pre recorded interview. They ask six questions, four of them video answer. You answer one question at a time and can redo the recording once. The last two are simple short answer questions.
If they think you are a good fit, they will reach out for a 30 minute phone interview. More of a conversation to get to know you. They will tell you the next start date for a training team and send you a computer to get started. There is a 5 week trial period before signing on.
