Straightforward. You have to demonstrate knowledge and mastery of the test. It was a few years ago so I had to brush up on my ACT knowledge, but it can be learned with some resources which are abundant online.

Minimal to none if you went to a prestigious college and had high SAT/ACT scores. They seem to have a list of colleges from which alumni/ current students are automatically approved. I don’t think they ever had me provide proof of my test scores either.
