I got an email confirmation rather quickly and got on their schedule for a video call. The video call was light and I felt like there was a great vibe. The interviewer, Brian, said I'd hear back from him within 24 hours with next steps. I followed up after a week had gone by (with a "no worries if I'm not a fit, it was great to chat"). It has now been two weeks, and I'm certain I've been ghosted.
