Made me do a one way video screener, same day I scheduled an interview with a sales leader which was followed up by an interview with HR and then another interview with a sales leader. It was all very fast with all of that taking about a week and a half from submitting my application. Afterwards I heard absolutely nothing for 8 days then got a generic rejection letter.

Question 1
Talk about a time where you needed to coach an employee out.
I was invited to complete a HireView a one-way video interview. There were several standard questions pertaining to sales strategies. A few days after the video interview, I was invited to schedule a live Google Meets interview with one recruiter.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Varsity Tutors (Clayton, MO)
Interview
I applied online a month and a half later I got an email asking for me to select a time for a call. On that call it was an unpersonable girl asking questions with no feeling or attempt at dialogue. She sounded like she was on speaker phone she had to reaction to my answers. It was honestly a little awkward. She said at the end I made it to the second round with the national level recruiter. I again get an email to sign up for a call. That call went well. He was nice and normal and spoke to me like a person. We chatted he asked questions he responded. He said you're great I love what you l have to say next step is a video interview and then we'll bring you in for an interview in person. The next email I get is from the first girl and says we went a different way. No explanation.
