I called and asked if they were hiring. I was treated like family from the moment I stepped in the door. First interview was amazing. I was extremely nervous because I had no experience in leasing only a top of customer service experience. My interviewing manager was extremely nice and attentive. I left feeling confident in my answers. I didn't feel it was extensive it was more like conversation. It felt natural. I was hoping for the same thing on my second interview and that exactly how it was. My second interview was with the regional leasing manager. She was very relaxing to be around and was very courteous of my time. I am a college student and squeezed my second interview on before a class. Five months later I am a happy employee!
