In the beginning it was great! I had a screen and call with the hiring manager which went super well I thought. Then moved to three other leaders including the CEO, all conversations went well enough but I never heard back. It’s been almost two weeks and not even a thanks but no thanks. I would have declined to move forward though, I was supposed to come in and manage a team but there was no interview with any of the people I’d have to manage? I only interviewed with men, would I be the only woman in leadership? They didn’t even acknowledge the lack of women in leadership roles or talk about successful women at the company if there are any.
