Verizon Customer Service Specialist interview questions

The first process is to discuss the position and general interview questions via the phone. If you succeed and the hiring manager approves, you will move into the next phase. You will need to pass an exam that tests a variety of skills such as ability to solve problems quickly, out side of the box thinking, multitasking, typing 10key and alpha numerical, etc. Once that is complete - and you pass, you will IMMEDIATELY move into an interview. Not with just one person, but could be a panel interview so be prepared with many copies of your resume. You will be asked standard situational type interview questions and then asked to formulate a SALES pitch.

There is an online interview, they test your typing skills (how fast and efficient you are), they also test your listening skills and how well you can multi task if you pass that, they will call you to test you out over the phone and if they like you, you will have an in person interview
