Interview
All hiring is handled through HR. Applicants are screened and potential candidates are given a phone interview. A good first interview leads to a 2nd phone interview. From their, you move on to an in person interview with a store manager. After all interviews have been completed, the manager sends back their decision to HR who then contacts the applicant with an offer.

What is an example of a time you went above and beyond to assist a customer?
Interview was three parts- two phone interviews and one in person. Fairly easy, mostly "tell me about a time" type questions. Basic knowledge of wireless devices is required, as well as two-year degree in any subject.

Interview
2 phone interviews, 1 in person interview. Very thorough questions about resume/work experience, and two roleplay scenarios in which I was a sales rep assisting a customer in need. The phone interview consisted of a seperate roleplay segment involving the product of the month - make sure you thoroughly read that document as well as the verizon credo. I was asked several times about the credo and of verizon's specific company goals which are outlined in it.
