Had a first round phone interview. Interviews are done by TheWorkPlaceGroup. All questions are very simple, behavioral. Asked things like why Verizon, would you be interested in a CPA career track? Within roughly two weeks they notified me that I got the second round interview and they are flying me up to their NJ corporate headquarters tomorrow.

Interview
It was a video interview via hirevue and then a superday at the their offices in New Jersey. The superday consisted of two 30 minute interviews and then a group assignment.
Applied online and then received an on-demand video interview. After not much longer it would have gone on to other interview processes. However the process was over for me at this point.

Interview
I interviewed with a group of students during one of their super days. The day was broken into two parts: two interviews with two employees from the finance sector and a final group challenge evaluation. The interviewers were very nice, and the recruiters were very friendly and really do want to get to know you as a person. Overall, I had a really good experience.
