Very unstructured interview. The interviewers had no idea about the questions they were asking. Didn't get the good vibe about the company culture after the interview

I was contacted for a phone screen by a recruiter first. She was very responsive and I was able to find a time to connect with her quickly. She asked me the basic product manager phone screen questions. I was then connected to a hiring manager for my second round. Although I was asked to come in for a final round, I ultimately decided that it wasn't the right time to make a move yet after I got some personal news.
