      Pros

      Verkada is a fast-paced, high-growth company with a very strong culture of ownership, execution, and customer focus. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and leadership, and I’ve felt trusted to build meaningful programs from day one. The company gives people a lot of responsibility, visibility, and room to grow if they are proactive and willing to move fast.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing very quickly, some processes are still being built or evolving. The pace can be intense. It is not a place where everything is already fully defined, so you need to be comfortable with change, prioritization, and operating with a high level of ownership.
