Interview
The first two interviews were through a call and the third and fourth were in person at there awesome office. I noticed throughout the whole process that they really want to know who you are as a person and what makes you great and appealing for the job. This is normal for employers at many places, but I will say Verkada went the extra mile for making me feel welcomed and celebrated. They have mastered hospitality. In terms of questions, they really want to know virtues and stories to back those up. They want to know what makes you strong and how you learn from things. Overall, great interview process and very enjoyable.

It was a great interview process, received from first round to find al (3rd round) under 3 weeks. The team is supportive and wants you to grow. They want coachable individuals trying to break into tech sales.
