Went through 6 interviews over the course of 2 months. This included a 30 minute interview for the first round, 45 minutes for the second round, 1 hour for the third round, and 1 hour and 30 minutes for the fourth round (3 back-to-back 30 minute interviews). They all kept telling me how I would be a great fit. However, when I was informed that I didn't get the job, I of course asked them why. They said they didn't have any feedback for me. This is absolutely a spineless move for a company to make. If you didn't want to hire me, that is totally fine. At least have the decency to tell me why. Also, have the guts to say it to me directly. They were of course cowards and had the recruiter break the news to me (the recruiter is not the one who makes the final decision). Any company that does this should be exposed for the cowards that they are.

Step 1 - Screening call with HR
Step 2 - Call with Sales Manager
Step 3 - Call with Sales Operations to run through previous performance metrics
Step 4 (final) - In person interview at their office. Consists of a culture fit meeting and a mock discovery call with a prospect
Although I didn't get the offer, Jasmin from the HR team was very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. She gave a very strong first impression of Verkada from the go.
The initial recruiter did a great job at selling the interview process and awesomeness of the people I would be speaking with. ...They all seemed to be busy with their minds up prior to the meeting. I understand it is a competitive position but it felt like an audition where the director already made up his mind
basic interview questions - had to drive down to do an interview with multiple people, it essentially took a day, just to not get the job. Felt like we could have done it remote.
