Screen call with recruiter, screen call with hiring director, meet onsite with 4-5 peer leaders and hiring director, fly to HQ and meet with 2 more peers and senior leadership. After screen calls meet with Sales ops and have past 7 years of quota attainment and job movement/promotion details ready. Pros: Offices are beautiful and in great locations. Tempe office is on a new floor and still being built out. Recruiting team was very helpful in answering all of my questions and coordinating. Cons: If you are interviewing, get ready to answer the same questions about 8+ times; often with the same person! Leadership is severely disjointed. Recruiter guides the whole process vs handing over to the hiring director. Didn't know exactly which team I would be leading (sled/corporate) and said "we'll know when they tell us". Leadership team was eager and seemed hardworking, but very junior in their leadership careers. At various stages I was asked nearly identical questions in each interview. Interviewers seemed emotionally detached from the business. Maybe it's a guise for a candidate to work through, or maybe they truly do not like working there. Post-interview I was taken by surprise to receive no offer. Policy is to give ZERO feedback to the candidate; which after 4 flights, 2 overnights, and hours of interviewing is unacceptable. Leadership interviewers went dark post-interview. My self-assessment: I asked too many questions which highlighted a change management style when they are looking for someone that should be ready to fit in as a cog. I noticed and brought up questions around culture, vision, professional development, and tactical business development as those are places I see gaps. If I'm not allowed to ask questions like this in the interview then they are not looking for transformational leaders. Overall, I probably dodged a bullet by not receiving an offer. Too many red flags to count.
