I was overqualified for this job. Began telling me he initially sold medical devices.I have three president’s clubs. 36 awards in sales. I was told they have in achievable targets from another rep. Overqualified to do this job . They basically told me I had it then got a rep to contact me at final stage to tell me I didn’t have it because I don’t have the same sakes cycles. I have not missed a target in ten years. I was never asked on sales cycles. I heard it’s cut throat and everyone is trying to get others to fail so bad culturally. I did my interwers job for longer than him. They don’t know what they are doing from a recruitment point of view. I feel with so much people in there that can’t do things normally this business will fail if a competitor does this better. Also you don’t get comission if you don’t hit target and it’s impossible to hit. Enjoy

Pretty standard. First round with the Verkada internal recruiter. Next round with the sales manager. Next round was a little weird- they just went over a bunch of data and sales figures. Fourth round is with a peer from the sales team you'd be on. However, the process is all over the map. I got interview requests for times I specifically said I wasn't available, and the last two times I heard from the recruiter, she asked for my availability for he upcoming week. I responded right away both times. The first time, I heard nothing for about 2 weeks, then she asked me for my availability again. I gave it to her, then she completely ghosted. I've followed up twice, and nothing. My friend had a similar experience. Totally disorganized and unprofessional interview process.

I had six interviews with this company and then never heard from them again. No call, email, or text saying they weren’t moving forward, just crickets. Unprofessional after one interview, let along six interviews.

Fairly consistent for most interviews posted.. Initial screening call with general questions. Screener indicated that they meet with a hiring committee once a week and would identify candidates to move to the next round. Screener noted that they would reach out directly regardless of the decision made.
