I Interviewed with the hiring manager and was told by both the HM and recruiter that I was moving on to the next steps. I didn’t follow up, but the recruiter did reach out afterward about next steps—then communication just stopped. Disappointing to be left hanging after being told I was progressing. A simple update would’ve gone a long way.
