Prior to the interview I got a tour of the company which left me with a bad impression, mismatched cubicles, dirty carpet, not a happy or friendly work environment. The interview was in four parts took over 2 hours. In the first part I was questioned by a developer about database development. The second part was a QA lead. Next I was interviewed by two lead developers from a different group. Lastly I was interviewed by a director for the department. The QA lead was obviously not happy and it came across in both what he said and how he acted. The two lead developers came across as very snooty to the point of rudeness. The development director told me to expect overtime on a regular basis. Overall this company left me with a bad impression. If Verisk Health wants to attract good employees they might consider investing in their office environment and picking management that have a positive outlook on the company.
