The interview process with this company was not pleasant. It was 4-5 rounds and 2 case studies. The interviewers were often late, and in one interview with the CEO he literally just did not show up - we had to reschedule because he forgot. I personally feel companies who do not value candidates time certainly won’t value their employees time. The final case study was an extremely vague presentation topic. I asked questions for clarification and received none - simply to take the instructions as I read them and present. I have done case studies for companies before and this is abnormal, usually clarifying questions are encouraged. As soon as I started my presentation, it was clear they had been looking for something else. I wish I had known this (especially since I’d asked) and considering I spent hours on the presentation. I was not made an offer, the feedback being that my presentation wasn’t what they were looking for and they preferred a different format. I wasted so much time interviewing, doing free labor, and waiting for this company. I do not recommend wasting your time interviewing here.
