After an initial phone screening, I had to meet with the CTO and build a Connect 4 game in 30 minutes or less. They did not ask at all about any of the skills I'd actually be using in the role. Ultimately I am unsure what kind of candidate this company is looking for as it feels as though the technical interviews are feasibly impossible.

I would definitely recommend preparing an answer to their question...
