The expectation for this company is to have 5+ interview steps, including a presentation before even being offered a role. Most people don't have two months to invest time into only potentially getting a position, this is excessive for an entry level position.
The first two phone calls are with a Hiring Manager, and then the Head of People. The questions for both calls were repetitive and introductory, it could have definitely just been one screening call. It also seemed very strange to not speak with anyone from the department they are hiring in.
