Multiple phone interviews. I was turned down and my interview cut short as soon as I revealed that I had a disability. Extremely disappointed in this discrimination- took a different job in the same field- I never call out sick and my performance is fantastic. My disability/illness does not impact my ability to perform my job. This has fundamentally changed the way I feel about this company though.
