I'm not sure this company actually ever hires anyone, so don't waste your time applying. The position has been up on their website for almost a year now, and after reading lots of other people's posts, it seems we all have the exact same experience. You'll be perfectly qualified and the interviews will go well. The recruiters will seem excited about you and you'll make it a few rounds in and then never receive an offer. It's not a scam per say, but not sure what they're getting out of just continuously interviewing people.

Interview
Interview over the phone - was straightforward, get to know you and learned more information about the company. Talked for about 30 minutes, discussed what I was looking for and what the company was looking for. Discussed if I moved forward there would be additional interviews to follow.
